For Immediate Release:
May 19, 2021

As of May 20, 2021, Quinte Conservation will be switching to the Pay-By-Phone payment system to receive all parking payments for the conservation areas.

In an effort to further facilitate parking fees, Quinte Conservation has elected to switch to the more user-friendly method of payment; Pay-By-Phone. This service will be used at all conservation areas. Current annual passes held through the old system will remain valid until the end of 2021.

CAO Brad McNevin says, “Quinte Conservation is excited to offer our conservation area visitors an easy and reliable parking pass solution. The new Pay-By-Phone service will reduce administrative burden and provide a streamlined approach to get conservation area visitors doing what they came for, enjoying nature.”

In order to use this service, individuals can download and use the app on any smartphone, pay through a web browser, or call the Pay-By-Phone operator at 888-680-7275 with the zone number listed at each CA and online. Transactions for parking fees will no longer be taken directly through Quinte Conservation.
