Deerock Lake Conservation Area
A great location for anglers and boaters, Deerock Lake at 390 Deer Rock Lake Road, Flinton ON is small property that contains a public boat launch and is home to the Elzevir Peatlands Conservation Reserve.

- Boating
- Fishing
- Crown land camping
Parking
You must pay to park at this conservation area. There is a daily boat launch pass that you can use between areas. A daily pass is valid on the day of purchase between sunrise and sunset. You can buy a daily boat launch pass through the Mackay Pay app.
Yearly boat launch passes give you access to all of our areas with boat launches. To buy a yearly pass, call the office during our regular operating hours.

Things to keep in mind during your visit
When visiting Deerock Lake, please make sure to:
- Keep your pets leashed and clean up after them at all times
- There are no hiking trails at this area
- Take everything with you, including your pet's waste – there are no garbage bins
- Never remove natural items
Please note:
- Overnight camping is not allowed
- Alcohol is not allowed
- Campfires are not allowed
Motorized vehicles
Motorized vehicles are not permitted outside of designated parking areas.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- All-terrain vehicles and dirt bikes
- Motorized or electric bikes
- Snowmobiles
- Cars and SUVs
- Motorized aerial devices such as drones
