Whether you are an avid hiker or just wanting to take a stroll in nature, there are a variety of terrains, ranging from easy to difficult, for you to explore. We have over 73 km of trails spread throughout our 12 conservation areas across the watershed.

Join our Take A Hike Challenge
- Review and familiarize yourself with participating conservation areas and hike safety.
- Download Avenza Maps to your smartphone for instant access to our trail maps. Or, print them off our website by visiting each conservation area page under Outdoor Spaces.
- Start hiking and look for checkpoint signs.
- Take a photo at each checkpoint or keep note of each checkpoint location.
- Share your journey with us on Instagram using the hashtag #HikeQCA.
Once you have found all 12 checkpoints at 12 participating conservation areas, complete the submission form. If you have any issues using the form please email our Communications Specialist.
